TASKIZ END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and Taskiz LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the TASKIZ platform ("Platform", "Service").
By accessing or using TASKIZ, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Glampire Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use TASKIZ for your internal business operations.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Platform without written permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Platform for unlawful or abusive purposes
PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
TASKIZ is an AI-powered operations platform that assists with:
Lead capture and communication
Appointment scheduling
Workflow automation
Proposal generation
Integrations with third-party services (including accounting platforms)
TASKIZ is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution and may evolve over time.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INCLUDING QUICKBOOKS)
TASKIZ integrates with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks and other external services.
By using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:
You authorize TASKIZ to access and process data from your connected accounts
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
Glampire Labs is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services
Data exchanged with third-party APIs (including QuickBooks) is handled according to our Privacy Policy
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party integration.
DATA USAGE & PERMISSIONS
You retain ownership of all data you provide.
By using TASKIZ, you grant us a limited license to:
Process, store, and analyze your data to provide the Service
Improve system performance, automation accuracy, and AI models
Generate insights and recommendations based on your usage
We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI-GENERATED OUTPUT DISCLAIMER
TASKIZ uses artificial intelligence to generate:
Messages
Proposals
Recommendations
Automated workflows
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use
Glampire Labs is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION
Access to TASKIZ may require payment of subscription fees.
By subscribing:
You agree to pay all applicable fees
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may modify pricing with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
Perform maintenance
Update or modify features
Temporarily suspend access when necessary
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate this Agreement
You misuse the Platform
Required by law or third-party obligations
You may terminate your use at any time.
Upon termination:
Your access will be revoked
Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Glampire Labs shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Errors resulting from AI-generated outputs
Issues caused by third-party integrations (including QuickBooks)
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glampire Labs from any claims arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your violation of this Agreement
Your misuse of third-party integrations
MODIFICATIONS
We may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of TASKIZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
